Mama took all of the pictures, so I don't have any to post. Sorry!
Today we went to the Rock Ranch in the The Rock, Georgia. When I called Onstar to find the best way to get there from my house, the lady said, "Ma'am, I'm just showing The Rock, Georgia." I told her that if she could get me to The Rock, I could get to the ranch; I mean, there's nothing there but the ranch. But, it is such a fun place to go. We met Mama, Beth, Blakely, Thomas, and Clark there for a fun-filled day. The first thing we did was let the boys ride the zip line. I could NOT believe Levi did it. He didn't balk even once. He said, "I've never done this before, so I've got to try it now that I have the chance." I mean, who kidnapped my kid and turned him into a rational little guy? The girls, of course, were most upset because they weren't heavy enough to ride. But, they (along with Clark) were able to ride the ponies later, and the boys were too big. So, it all mostly worked out. Ellie Ruth and Blakely got "crazy hair". They used pipe cleaners in small braids to make them look like Whos from Whoville and then spray painted it and added flower embellishments.
We had a really great time.
The Mullis Family Circus
Welcome to our blog! I have started referring to our family as a constant three ring circus. With four children, separated by six years, two dogs, a husband who works A LOT, and a mom who never has time to finish anything and always has multiple things going at the same time, it's amazing this blog ever gets updated at all!! However, I do try to keep it as updated as possible because I LOVE to look at it to see what we were doing in the past, and I like having a place that all of our friends and family can reference to keep up with us. Bookmark us and check back to see what we're up to. With this crew, it is always something! (Please excuse typos! One day I'm going to go back and fix them! I'm always in such a hurry to post that I usually don't proofread. The English major in me dies every time I go through and see all of the typos, but the busy mom in me says, "I'll fix it when I have time!" So, look for corrections in , let's say, 20 years or so!!!)
