Santa Clause visited our house late since we were out of town on Christmas Day. Levi LOVED all of his gifts. He wanted to stop opening the presents when he got the wooden toys that really work. (The camera’s button actually pushes down!) But, his favorite toys were the puzzles. He cried when we tried to take one away so that he could keep opening gifts. We just had to proceed without him! He got re-interested as more things came along, but he kept going back to it. He also got a neat puzzle set that has ten puzzles, and you have to insert shapes to complete them. He surprised us by being so good at it! The funniest thing was him with his boom box. It has a microphone that really works. Before we had even shown him the microphone, he pulled it out and held it to his mouth. How did he know to do that??? The boom box has a face; when the song was going on, he’d hold the microphone to the boom box’s mouth. It was so funny! He also got some charts with letters, shapes, etc.; a peg bench that you hammer; some fake fruit to play with; an Mp3 player; an I See Me book; and a Memory game.
Ellie Ruth will share some of his things as she grows older because they were really for both of them. Personally, though, she got two neat wooden rattles that she really liked; an Mp3 player of her own, a crib toy (kind of like Levi’s turtle for those of you who’ve seen that); a rattle and roll toy; and an I See Me Book.
It was fun. We were so glad that Levi seemed to like everything he got! Again, we can’t wait until next year when we can do all of this in Georgia!
By the way, Mullises, Malones, and Smiths, I’m still waiting on my other family members to upload their pictures so that I can get you on here!!
Here's their loot.
