The Mullis Family Circus

Welcome to our blog! I have started referring to our family as a constant three ring circus. With four children, separated by six years, two dogs, a husband who works A LOT, and a mom who never has time to finish anything and always has multiple things going at the same time, it's amazing this blog ever gets updated at all!! However, I do try to keep it as updated as possible because I LOVE to look at it to see what we were doing in the past, and I like having a place that all of our friends and family can reference to keep up with us. Bookmark us and check back to see what we're up to. With this crew, it is always something! (Please excuse typos! One day I'm going to go back and fix them! I'm always in such a hurry to post that I usually don't proofread. The English major in me dies every time I go through and see all of the typos, but the busy mom in me says, "I'll fix it when I have time!" So, look for corrections in , let's say, 20 years or so!!!)

It's been a While!

We have been so busy, and I am sorry that I haven't updated in so long! Anyway, Corbin had his graduation dinner, even though he's still working through June 30th. We hope to make the final trip home on July 1st. We will miss all of our friends in Mississippi, but we are so excited to be so close to being back in Georgia!

After the graduation dinner, Misty and the kids went to Georgia with the biggest U-Haul you can get, a full van, and a full car to Dublin to get situated. We had a good time visiting with all of our families and getting situated while we were there.

Thanks to Mrs. Pam for keeping the kids so that I could get so much done around the house. Thanks to Dad for driving us back to Mississippi and taking back Corbin's truck. Finally, thanks to Mom for letting us use her truck for the week and a half!!

Now that we're back, we're tying up loose ends in preparation for our departure.

A couple of things of note:
Congratulations to Beth and Lawton as they prepare for the arrival of Baby # 3! It should be interesting!

Also, congratulations to our good friend Joe, who "up and got married" last week! We wish you all the best of luck! (We can't wait to meet Caroline, and I'll be sure to give her my buttermilk pie recipe for you!!)
