The Mullis Family Circus

Welcome to our blog! I have started referring to our family as a constant three ring circus. With four children, separated by six years, two dogs, a husband who works A LOT, and a mom who never has time to finish anything and always has multiple things going at the same time, it's amazing this blog ever gets updated at all!! However, I do try to keep it as updated as possible because I LOVE to look at it to see what we were doing in the past, and I like having a place that all of our friends and family can reference to keep up with us. Bookmark us and check back to see what we're up to. With this crew, it is always something! (Please excuse typos! One day I'm going to go back and fix them! I'm always in such a hurry to post that I usually don't proofread. The English major in me dies every time I go through and see all of the typos, but the busy mom in me says, "I'll fix it when I have time!" So, look for corrections in , let's say, 20 years or so!!!)

Thanksgiving at the Haleys 2009

I made all of the kids (on both sides!) Christmas outfits. If you can believe it (because I hardly can), we actually got good pictures of all five of my parents' grandkids. They were so good and did a great job taking pictures!
Please notice that Levi is actually smiling in his pictures-- amazing!!

I also made everyone Thanksgiving outfits. I actually made Levi's outfit, along with Blakely and Ellie Ruth's. Beth ironed on the turkeys for Thomas and Clark. They were so cute, all outfitted together. Again, they made great pictures, especially considering they're all four and under!

Paul was a great sport and helped Levi build his beloved sandcastles. Mackenzie and Morgan spent a great deal of their day swinging Ellie Ruth. I guess it's payback for you Mackenzie!!

Lawton and Clark are relaxing after a great lunch.
Preston holds Ellie Ruth after her bath.
Morgan, Blakely, and Ellie Ruth pose for a picture. It was so good to see Morgan, and we're hoping she'll be able to meet us if we ever make it around to our Atlanta excursions.

Timothy and Dixie entertained Ellie Ruth for a little while.
I wish I had more pictures of Levi, but he's so hard to pin down for a picture. At least we got some of him smiling this holiday!
